the food was excellent with varied options. i particularly appreciated the polite staff. the pool areas are extensive and drinks are available throughout the day. i found the beach access and pier provided beautiful sunsets.
i found that the gym equipment could use some updating. some machines seemed worn, this slightly impacted my workout routine.

Fantastic Stay!

The food was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the wide selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Seafood options were available and proved to be quite delicious. The staff was very great to the clients. Our room was cleaned every day, and the minibar was refilled daily.
The air conditioning did not work very well. The heat was definitely an issue since it's beside the sea, causing humidity and shortness of breath. The furniture looked old and the designs were a bit depressing.

The main restaurant provided a diverse menu with a focus on fresh ingredients. dinner seemed to be limited to one primary option. The pastry selection was very nice. I found myself looking forward to dessert each evening, with its array of beautifully crafted treats.

The hotel offered really good facilities, including a well equipped spa. there was a diverse range of activities designed for adults and a dedicated water park for children. This ensured everyone had entertainment options. i found the extensive pool areas to be wonderful. food and drinks were readily available throughout the day.
my reservation included two rooms that were supposed to have sea views. upon arrival, i discovered the hotel had changed my room assignment, and my room did not have a sea view. the staff did not seem very concerned or helpful about resolving this issue.

Great Hotel Experience

The food offered was the best I've had in a hotel. The dessert buffet stood out. Rooms are spacious. Our 2-room suite accommodated us and our two children comfortably. Pools are clean. Waiters were always available to serve drinks from the bar.
The air conditioning system was not very effective. It did not cool down the room sufficiently.

the pool water was the perfect temperature. activities were available for both adults and kids. the housekeeper cleaned the room daily, this was good. there is a water park in the hotel.
The beach area had poor quality loungers. there was not enough shade coverage there. i found that the canopies did not provide enough shade. the pier was closed during my entire stay. It was disappointing.

I found the food to be GOOD. There was enough of seasonal fruits and vegetables. I thought the seafood was AMAZING!!!
The AC did NOT work. This made the room uncomfortable. The disco played mostly russian songs. This showed a lack of respect for other cultures.
